Their stories

From the moment she saw it, she knew it was meant to be hers.  She wasn’t even looking for a piece of jewelry; in fact, she was on her way to meet a friend for lunch.  She almost walked right past it, but it was shiny and it caught her eye.  She stopped in her tracks and took a second look.  It was beautiful;  it was unique and she loved it. She thought about the bracelet off and on for the next few days, until her best friend intervened and said “What are you doing? Just get it.  You like it;  it’s pretty; and you deserve it.”  Grace now wears her cuff bracelet proudly.  She bought it for herself, and it makes her really happy.

Lesley’s mother loves the beach.  It was on one of her first beach vacations that she found this aquamarine.  Its cool, pale color reminded her of the sea and the tranquility of her favorite destination. Lesley inherited her mom’s love of the beach so it was no surprise when her mom presented her with the aquamarine for her 40th birthday.   Lesley had always loved the stone and immediately had it mounted in a contemporary setting that reflected her personal style.  Now, when Lesley looks at her ring, she reflects on the brilliance of the stone and transports herself back to the beach.

She’s known as the “fun one”; when she walks into the room, the party begins.  She tells the funniest stories; she hosts the annual Halloween bash; she’s a regular participant in open mic night.  She even finds a way to make cleaning the garage an event.  There’s no one like Annie ; and Annie celebrates her individuality by dressing the part favoring vintage clothing over contemporary styles.  Her “go to” piece of jewelry is the “fun ring”.  Artisan crafted just for her, Annie loves that it is the only one of its kind—just like her.
